* I am a UK taxpayer and I agree to the Fruitmarket reclaiming tax on all past, present and future donations I make to the charity until I notify you otherwise. Please treat my donations as Gift Aid donations. I confirm that I am paying or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax to cover the amount the Fruitmarket and any other charities and Community Amateur. Sports Clubs will reclaim for the tax year (6 April to 5 April the following year) and that Council Tax and VAT do not qualify towards Gift Aid. I understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in the current tax year than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations it is my responsibility to pay any difference.
